The Misamis Occidental I Electric Cooperative, Inc. (MOELCI –I) through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites registered contractors to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, for the Construction of Extension of Distribution Lines for Seven (7) Sitios for the Districts of Aloran, Oroquieta, Sapang Dalaga Misamis Occidental and in Rizal, Zamboanga del Norte in the amount of FOUR MILLION ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY NINE PESOS AND NINETY SIX 96/100 CENTAVOS (Php 4, 180, 669. 96) ONLY.
Source of Fund: 2017 GAA SUBSIDY
Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the implementing rules and regulations of RA 10531 otherwise known as NEA Reform Act of 2013.
Issuance of Bid Documents will be on October 12-19, 2017 until 11:30 am only. Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled on October 19, 2017, 1:30pm @ MOELCI – I Main Office, Magcamiguing, Calamba, Misamis Occidental. Prices should be inclusive of VAT and all taxes.
Sealed proposals in two (2) copies enclosed in two separate brown envelopes will be submitted during the Bid Opening on October 26, 2017. Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond either in Cash, Manager’s Check or Cashier’s Check equivalent to 2% of the total contract price.

MOELCI – I reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the effected bidder or bidders.
