The Misamis Occidental I Electric Cooperative, Inc. (MOELCI –I) through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites registered suppliers to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, for the Supply and Delivery of 3000 Units Single Phase Kilowatt-Hour Meters.
Source of Fund: REINVESTMENT FUND
Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the implementing rules and regulations of RA 10531 otherwise known as NEA Reform Act of 2013.
Issuance of Bid Documents will be on October 11-18, 2017 until 11:30 am only. Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled on October 18, 2017, 1:30pm @ MOELCI – I Main Office, Magcamiguing, Calamba, Misamis Occidental. Prices should be inclusive of VAT and all taxes.
Sealed proposals in two (2) copies enclosed in two separate brown envelopes will be submitted during the Bid Opening on October 25, 2017. Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond either in Cash, Manager’s Check or Cashier’s Check equivalent to 2% of the total contract price.
Criteria and Specifications of the Project:
(Single Phase, Class 0.5, 240 V, 10 (60) A, 2 Wires, 60 HZ) bottom connected KWH Meters that measure energy without neutral line, bi-directional energy measurement
Delivery of Materials: Two (2) Weeks from Receipt of Notice to Proceed

MOELCI – I reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the effected bidder or bidders.
